This lively Chinese Evergreen can make even the novice indoor gardener look like an expert! And while it's one of the toughest plants, it's also beautiful. This variety has rich, colorful pink and red leaves with beautiful green and yellow accents!

The Chinese Evergreen is recommended by NASA's Clean Air Study for it's air purifying attributes. Add one (or a combination of different purifying plants) for every 100 sq. ft. of indoor space and say goodbye to 90% of your indoor toxins!

Plant Care:

Placement:
The Aglaonema is one of the most durable houseplants and is fairly adaptable. She will do well in a room that gets a medium amount of natural light, placed within 5 feet of a window. Bright, sunny, or overly warm windows should be avoided. Rotate the plant occasionally to encourage even growth.

Light Requirements:
The Aglaonema will do well in medium to low light conditions or indirect sunlight. She can even tolerate fluorescent lighting conditions. Direct, bright sunlight should be avoided as it can scorch the leaves.

Watering :NeedsThe Aglaonema can tolerate less water than most other houseplants. Water the plant when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry. When watering, water the plant moderately and slowly from above, allowing water to soak through to the roots, then tip out any excess water. Clean the leaves occasionally by wiping them down with a soft, damp cloth. Reduce watering during the cold season.


Temperature :Does well at room temperature between 60°F - 77°F. Keep the plant away from drafts and avoid cold temperatures.

Humidity :Prefers higher levels of humidity, around 75% or above. If the air around the plant is too dry, use a humidifier or occasionally mist the plant to increase humidity.
